Every guest who wish to make a reservation at Villa Sancta Maria has to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.
The deposit can be paid into the bank account via pro forma invoice/offer.
The rest of the amount must be paid 60 days prior to arrival at Villa.
In the case of cancellation or if the rest of amount is not paid at least 60 days prior to arrivall, cancellation fee apply (30% of the total amount).
